Genera Corporation warrants that all of its Elegante products shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for as long as they remain installed on the vehicle for which they were originally purchased. Any Elegante product that has been determined by Genera to have failed due to defective material and/or workmanship shall be repaired or replaced, at Genera’s option, through its original supplying dealer. Original purchase receipt must accompany defective product when submitting claim.

The following are excluded from this warranty:
> Failure of the product due to improper installation or maintenance, modification, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
> Damage to the product due to vehicle collision.
> Automotive lamp bulbs which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of normal wear and tear.
> Labor costs for removal or replacement, shipping, towing or transportation charges.
> Costs incurred due to loss of use of vehicle.
> Incidental damage to other components.

Implied Warranties

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, except in those states where prohibited by law.
